  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup roasted sweet potatoes, cubed
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded red cabbage

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 tsp cumin
